Most apps and platforms are dominated by agents. Here at Homepage, we aim to help developers and owners connect directly with buyers and tenants.
Yes it is free for all individual sellers, buyers and tenants. Landlords can list their rental properties for free and Homepage only takes one month rental upon success; in turn, Homepage provides you with FREE insurance coverage including fire, rental, utilities, perils, burglary.
As a seller, you could save up to 3% agent commission. As a buyer, you could negotiate for part of the 3% savings to be given as a discount to you. As a landlord, you get free property related insurance, for 2 years. As a tenant, you save on paying up front deposits.
Yes you can post all types of properties such as residential, commercial, industrial, and land.

Landlords

You will get complimentary insurance coverage for your property,including fire insurance, burglary, property damages, and protection against default of rental payment (a.k.a. tenant runaway)

No you do not need any deposit because you will be given complimentary insurance coverage that would indemnify you more than the normal deposit amount can cover; you get fire insurance, burglary, property damages, and protection against default of rental payment (a.k.a. tenant runaway).

In the event the tenant defaults on rental payment or causes damage to the property, Homepage would have provided you with complimentary insurance coverage to indemnify your losses.

They can contact you through the chatbox in the Homepage app. You will receive a notification each time someone sends you a message.

The tenant may ask you for additional information about your property, or negotiate the rental amount and duration with you. You and the prospect tenant may also set an appointment within the app for a viewing of your property.

Yes you can conduct your own viewings by setting an appointment with prospect tenant in the Homepage app. You would show your property to the tenant, answer some queries if any, and negotiate the rental amount and duration.

You may accept the offer or further negotiate till both parties are satisfied.

You would then enter a formal tenancy agreement with the tenant. Homepage will handle the entire process for you, for free! Homepage would also collect the first month rental for you and transfer it to you, as well as provide you with complimentary insurance coverage to give you a peace of mind.

No you do not need make any payment at all. When collecting the first month rental on your behalf, Homepage would also collect one month advanced rental from the tenant. Using that advanced rental, Homepage would provide you with complimentary insurance coverage and free services in preparation of the tenancy agreement.

INSURANCE

You will be given complimentary insurance coverage that would indemnify you more than the normal deposit amount can cover; you get fire insurance, burglary, property damages, and protection against default of rental payment (a.k.a. tenant runaway)

Homepage will pay for it and provide you with complimentary coverage, using the one month advanced payment that would be collected from the tenant by Homepage. Normally you would pay one month rental as commission to agents; here at Homepage you get back much more value in terms of free insurance and other services.

Yes it can be applied to residential, commercial, industrial properties.

Yes you can, if you are having more than one tenancy agreement. For example if you are renting out your property room by room, each room has a separate tenancy agreement. Separate insurance policies will be provided to you for each of the tenancy agreements.

Tenants

You can find and rent properties through Homepage without needing to pay any rental deposit. Typically tenants have to pay up to three (3) months of deposits (rental & utilities); now you do not have to. This would free up your cash flow. You also get your tenancy agreement done for free (usually tenant has to pay for it).

You can contact landlords through the chatbox in the Homepage app. They will receive a notification when you send them a message; and you will also receive a message each time there is a reply.

You would confirm the rental price and duration within the Homepage app. Homepage will handle the entire process for you, including the tenancy agreement, for free!

Payment

None. You only have to pay the first month rental (as usual) and one month advanced rental (as opposed to 2.5 – 3 months deposit) which will be used to offset your final month’s rental (no need to pay rental again in your final month of stay).

Tenancy Agreement

No you do not need to pay. Usually the tenant has to pay for it but Homapage will waive the charges for users like you who rent through our platform.

You may renew the tenancy agreement through Homepage, or find a new property to rent from the Homepage platform.

Homepage helps developers connect directly with potential buyers. This allows developers to have significant savings in terms of commissions, allowing for more competitive pricing and much better profit margins. This is also in line with the direction of the government to have more affordable housing prices for the people.

The majority of platforms are cluttered with agents and repeat listings that make it inconvenient for users. Homepage is dedicated to connect property seller and buyers directly, allowing for transactions without needing to go through middlemen.

By connecting directly with buyers, developers lie yourself can save significantly on commissions, allowing for more competitive pricing and much better profit margins. This also gives you all the leads to follow up on, or to market to in future projects.

The database of users in Homepage are “pre-filtered” leads, all of which are interested in properties. The cost to reach such a targeted group of buyers is also significantly low compared to other methods of advertising, and gives you a full year of exposure instead of some which only give you a one-off exposure at much higher prices.

When potential buyers click onto the “I’m interested” button of your advertisements in Homepage, a list with their details will be collected passed on to your marketing team.

OWNERS

Homepage helps property owners connect directly with potential buyers. This allows you to have significant savings in terms of commissions, allowing for more competitive pricing and better chances of selling your property, faster.

This platform is free for property owners and buyers to use.

This platform is meant for direct owners to list their properties for sale. However, you may help a direct family member to list their property in the event they are unable to do so; please make note when submitting the listing.

Typically the commission for subsale is 3%. You could save the entire portion by using Homepage platform and dealing direct with buyers.
